Norfolk Disabled Parents Alliance thinks your privacy is important
This page explains how and why we use any personal information you give us about yourself and your family.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
If you contact us by post, phone or email to ask us for written information we will need your name, postal address or email address to send it to you.
We may use the information for statistics and research, or in other ways to help us with our work.
We will not sell, share, rent or give information about you or your family or your contact details to other people.
Normally, we keep any personal information you give us private and don't pass it on to anyone else. But if you tell us something which gives us a good reason to think that someone is at risk or in danger, the law says we may have to tell another organisation about it to get help for that person.
We always try to suggest ways you can get help first, or we ask for your permission to give your contact details to someone who can help you.
Your children’s privacy is important to us. We never knowingly collect information from those who are under 18 without their parent’s permission.
Any personal information will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, as amended from time to time.
